SPT Release Notes

  • Bugfixes:

    • General: Roof height is transferred as reference height again (concerns Ireland).
    • General: Reduction of snow load in Germany fixed.
    • Pitched roof: Display of TT fasteners.
    • Pitched roof: Flex connector display.
    • Various bug fixes in all systems.

    Changes:

    • Flat roof: Dimensioning Connected module fields in CAD plan automatically.

    Features:

    • Pitched roof: RHM roof hooks available.
  • Bugfixes:

    • General: Roof pitch is transferred from form of room to draw.
    • Flat roof: Correction of projected area for walkways.
    • Flat roof: (previous) statics report stone display readable.
    • Various bug fixes in all systems.

    Changes:

    • Pitched roof: Update of the information page.
    • Flat roof: Optimized error message for overload.
    • Solrif: New end skirt is activated.
  • Bugfixes:

    • General: Roof area change with double click.
    • Solrif: Module bracket utilisation in top row.
    • Various other bug fixes in all systems.

    Features:

    • Solrif: new eaves profile activated (since October 1st).
  • Bugfixes:

    • MSP-FR: Paraptet dimensions are no longer reset after saving.
    • MSP-FR: Copy and place multiple modules adjusted.
    • Various other bugfixes in all systems.

    Changes:

    • MSP-FR: South ballast distribution improved.
    • MSP-PR: Various optimizations in the layout.
  • Bugfixes:

    • General: Decimal separator -> “.” is also accepted.
    • MSP-PR: Note overload components even with low overload.
    • MSP-FR: Various docking problems.
    • Various other bug fixes in all systems.

    Changes:

    • MSP-FR: Default values for roof pitch (3°) and parapet (300 mm height).
  • Bugfixes:

    • MSP-FR: User-defined edge distances can be set again.
    • MSP-FR: Deactivate magnet functionality: no unwanted docking.
    • MSP-FR: View statics pdf printout corrected.
    • MSP-FR/MSP-PR: Various corrections and completions in the calculation of THG values.
    • Solrif: Various bug fixes and optimizations.
  • Changes:

    • MSP-PR-CH: The new, reinforced MSP-PR-CH support profiles in heights of 50 and 70 mm can now be planned in SPT.
  • Bugfixes:

    • General: Shape coefficient snow load for large roofs correct again.
    • General: “Manual” tab for “Output” works correctly again.
    • MSP-FR: Extraction of earthing screws with conductive center terminal option fixed.
    • Solrif: Various bugs fixed.

    Changes:

    • MSP-FR: The load distribution with central support is calculated more realistically.
    • MSP-FR: Further optimisation of the distribution of the ballast beams.
    • MSP-FR: New design for module change.
    • MSP-PR: Error message in case of overload now appears from 100% utilization.
    • MSP-PR: Schematic image for the laying system changes immediately when the system is changed.
  • Bugfixes:

    • MSP-FR: Docking between PV modules works again. In case of previous errors, the design must be saved again and then the modules can be docked again.
    • MSP-FR: The PDF output in CAD plan and structural analysis is now complete again.
  • Features:

    • MSP-FR: Input of friction coefficient 0 is no longer possible.

    Bugfixes:

    • Solrif: Edge profiles are drawn correctly.
    • MSP: Various language errors in foreign languages fixed.
    • All: eHora connection.

    Changes:

    • MSP-FR: Optimizations in the ballast distribution.
  • Bugfixes:

    – MSP-PR: Standing seam roof: Error in material selection fixed.

    Changes:

    MSP-PR: From Tuesday, 09.04.2024, an additional support channel with a length of 3.55 m will be added to the currently available MSP-PR-CH support profiles =>  Both lengths (3.30 m and 3.55 m) can be planned. The supply principle changes from stock-led to demand-oriented. The delivery period for the 3.30 m beam profiles is now 4-6 weeks.

    MSP-PR: From Tuesday, 09.04.2024, the following 3.30 m long inlay profiles MSP-PR-IC(B) will be replaced by a new inlay profile with 3.55 m => The 3.30 m long inlay profile is no longer plannable.

  • Features:

    • MSP-FR: Explanation “Max. foot pressure” in results table.
    • MSP-FR: Show border area also with “Show background”.

    Bugfixes:

    • MSP-FR: Fixed over ballasting of individual blocks on large roofs.
    • MSP-FR: Load-bearing capacities of center clamps increased in accordance with general building authority approval.
    • Solrif: Option “ground connector” has been activated again.

    Changes:

    • MSP-FR: Clear display of cp values.
    • MSP-PR: Reset of snow load when changing the roof pitch. When saving, the “Snow load” field is highlighted in red and the following comment is displayed “Snow load [kN/m²]* (si=μi*sk) is mandatory!”.
    • MSP-PR/FR: Reset the wind load when changing the building height. When saving, the “Wind load” field is highlighted in red and the following comment is displayed “Wind load [kN/m²]* (qp, peak velocity pressure) is mandatory!”.
  • Features:

    • MSP-PR: Optimizations in the design of the roof hooks.
    • MSP-FR: “Generate ballasting plans separately” information text improved for large roofs.
    • MSP-FR-G: Maximum permissible number of stones on the connecting rails reduced.
    • Solrif: Minimum size of blind modules adjusted.

    Bugfixes:

    • MSP-FR: Reference height for wind load: Error in unit corrected.
    • MSP-FR: Restrictions for second ballast tray corrected.
    • MSP-FR: Corrected translation error in the “Construction” menu.

    Changes:

    Long wind deflector (MSP-FR-S)

    1. Module length range south is adjusted to 1620-2399 mm.
    2. The new long wind deflectors (length from 1815 mm to 2399 mm) are now automatically designed in the SPT.
